– A string of fairy lights
– Scissors

You can use these fairy-light lanterns to prettify your indoor or outdoor braai area or decorate your Christmas tree (or even a tree in your garden – use battery-operated lights for less hassle). Or simply place them inside a big glass bowl on the dinner table to have them double as a centrepiece and soft lighting.
