1. Shape up

2. Back it up

Push your butt slightly backwards, as this is a flattering look for your thighs.

3. Channel your inner Miss SA

Try out the ‘Miss SA pose’ – place one leg in front of the other and your hand on your hip.

4. Loosen up

5. Try the jaw-dropping pose

6. Let your light shine
